Floyd Mayweather is a legendary boxer, and we, Mayweather Boxing+ Fitness, are his fitness recipe. We created a variety of exercises to preserve everyone's love for fitness and to allow the art of boxing to flourish. You will improve your goals, mindset, and teamwork with these workouts.

A beginner-friendly 45-minute class featuring five non-contact boxing rounds (gloves and bags only), simple bodyweight exercises, core work, and a guided stretch. Ideal for building confidence, getting active, and having fun.

A 45-minute full-body workout focused on strength, form, and control. Slower-paced and non-boxing, this class helps refine movement, improve balance, and complement more intense training days.

A fast-paced, 45-minute workout including 5 rounds of boxing and 3 rounds of fitness. We offer two workout styles: Strength & Power, and Speed & Athletic Movements.

A 45-minute technical boxing session to sharpen skills, power, and precision. Partner rounds emphasize pad work, footwork, and power punches, with role switches for nonstop action. Build technique, reaction time, endurance, and finish with a high-energy burnout.

A 30-minute class where stretches are held for longer periods to target deep muscle and fascial tension. It helps relieve tightness, improve flexibility, and restore mobility. Perfect for post-workout recovery, stress reduction, and overall relaxation.

A fun, safe boxing class for kids that builds coordination, discipline, and confidence. Through age-appropriate drills, they’ll learn footwork, defense, and technique — while staying active, making friends, and growing stronger.

Champ 60 is a 60-minute workout with 5 rounds of boxing + 3 rounds of fitness and we are all about community, supporting each other, hard work, and finishing like a Champ. There is a specialty class offered, the Champ 90 which is an extended class at 90 minutes.

A dynamic 50-minute circuit class designed to build strength and power. Rotate through multiple stations using equipment such as the rig, squat rack, dumbbells, and TRX bands while completing structured sets and timed intervals. Ideal for developing full-body strength, improving endurance, and challenging yourself in a motivating environment.
