Floyd Mayweather is a legendary boxer, and we, Mayweather Boxing+ Fitness, are his fitness recipe. We created a variety of exercises to preserve everyone's love for fitness and to allow the art of boxing to flourish. You will improve your goals, mindset, and teamwork with these workouts.

A 45-minute technical boxing session to sharpen skills, power, and precision. Partner rounds emphasize pad work, footwork, and power punches, with role switches for nonstop action. Build technique, reaction time, endurance, and finish with a high-energy burnout.

A 45-minute full-body workout focused on strength, form, and control. Slower-paced and non-boxing, this class helps refine movement, improve balance, and complement more intense training days.

BFF

A beginner-friendly 45-minute class featuring five non-contact boxing rounds (gloves and bags only), simple bodyweight exercises, core work, and a guided stretch. Ideal for building confidence, getting active, and having fun.

Champ

Champ 60 is a 60-minute workout with 5 rounds of boxing + 3 rounds of fitness and we are all about community, supporting each other, hard work, and finishing like a Champ. There is a specialty class offered, the Champ 90 which is an extended class at 90 minutes.
